A quick and easy chicken stir-fry with vegetables and a savory sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2piece
    chicken breasts, sliced thin
  • 2tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 1cup
    broccoli florets
  • 1piece
    bell pepper, sliced
  • 1piece
    carrot, julienned
  • 2clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1tsp
    ginger, minced

How to make Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned.

  3. Add the broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot, stir-fry for 5 minutes.

  4. Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Serve with rice or noodles.

Tips & Tricks

  1. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in soy sauce and a bit of cornstarch for 15 minutes before cooking.

  2. You can add other vegetables like snap peas or mushrooms to the stir-fry.
