How to make Quick Garlic Butter Chilli Prawns
Heat a wok until hot and add butter.
Add minced garlic and ginger, and stir for 30 seconds.
Add shrimp and cook for 1 minute or till the shrimp is cooked through.
Season with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
Add a dash of white wine and chopped chillies.
Add chopped spring onion and remove from heat.
Serve the prawns hot with leftover rice or buttered bread rolls.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the wok is hot before adding the butter for a quick sear on the prawns.
