How to make Prawn Noodies Stir Fry

Prepare the Noodies

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the Noodies noodles along with their chicken flavor seasoning packets.

  2. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

  3. Drain the noodles through a colander, reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid for later.

  1. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Season the prawns lightly with salt and pepper, then sear for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.

  4. Add the sliced red onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onions are caramelized and fragrant (about 3-4 minutes).

  5. Toss in the sliced red and yellow capsicums and stir fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing them to soften slightly but retain their crunch.

  8. Pour in the reserved noodle cooking water a little at a time to loosen the mixture and coat everything in a light, flavorful sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  9. Remove the stir fry from heat and transfer to a serving dish.

  10. Garnish with chopped spring onions and red chilies for extra flavor and a festive touch.
