Ingredients

Pasta Dough

    whole wheat flour
  • beetroot juice

Filling

  • 1cup
    ricotta cheese
  • 1cup
    spinach, finely chopped and sautéed
  • salt
  • pepper

Prepare the Pasta Dough

  1. Mix whole wheat flour with beetroot juice until a smooth, pliable dough forms.

  2. Knead for 10 minutes and rest for 30 minutes.

Make the Filling
