How to make 5-Minute Avocado and Basil Creamy Spread
Peel and pit the avocado, then place it in a blender or chopper.
Add basil, coriander, garlic, lemon juice, chillies (if using), salt, and pepper.
Blend until smooth and creamy. For a chunkier texture, use a chopper with an S blade.
Spread on toasted bread and top with sliced cherry tomatoes or any topping of your choice.
Tips & Tricks
If you want some texture in your spread, use a chopper with an S blade rather than a blender.
