How to make Green Gram Curry
Add some crapped coconut
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.
Add curry leaves and green chilies. Sauté for a few seconds.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
Add the soaked green grams and mix well.
Add sambar powder and salt to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Add water as needed and let the curry simmer until the green grams are cooked through.
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
Tips & Tricks
Soak the green grams overnight for better texture and faster cooking.
Adjust the number of green chilies according to your spice preference.
