How to make Special Puff Puff
Sift flour into a bowl, then add the sugar, salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Stir all together.
In a cup, mix the lukewarm water and yeast together. Stir and pour into the dry ingredients.
Mix all together thoroughly and cover the mixing bowl with a clean kitchen towel or double cling film.
Leave the puff puff mixture in a warm place (preferably the kitchen) and allow it to rise for 1 hour.
Heat up the oil in a frying pan, scoop the mixture into the hot oil, and fry the puff puff on medium heat until golden brown.
