- 1cupCocoa Powder
- 1cupHot water
- 2tbspCoffee
- 3cupPowdered Sugar(Caster Sugar)
- 1cupOil
- 2tbspVanilla Extract
- 2cupYogurt(Dahi)
- 3cupAll Purpose Flour
- 2tspBaking Powder
- 1tspBaking Soda
- 2pinchSalt
How to make Chocolate Moist Cake (Eggless)
Batter
Mix Cocoa powder and Hot Water mixed with coffee in a large mixing bowl (Mix till there are no lumps)
Add the vegetable oil in the mixture and mix it till there are no lumps (NOT a oil with a strong flavour and smell)
Now, Add Caster sugar(Powdered Sugar) in the mixture and mix it till there are no lumps
Add Yogurt(Dahi) and Vanilla essence into the mixture and mix it till there are no lumps
Now, Take your all purpose flour , Baking powder and Baking Soda and Strain it into the mixture and mix it till there are no lumps
Add Your Choco chip for a surprise element
Baking
Pre-Heat your oven at 180 Degree Celsius
Now Transfer your bater in a baking pan
Put the baking pan in the oven and set the temperature at 180 Degree C for 45mins
