How to make Savory twist on syrniki
Mix all the ingredients together.
Shape the mixture into 8–10 syrniki, depending on the size you prefer.
Coat each syrnik in wheat flour, rice flour, or semolina. Use a glass to shape them perfectly.
Heat a pan and add your favorite cooking oil. Place the syrniki in the pan.
Fry for 5 minutes on one side, then flip them over.
Fry for another 5 minutes on the other side.
Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid, and let the syrniki rest for 2–3 minutes.
Serve warm, optionally with sour cream.
Tips & Tricks
Use a glass to shape syrniki perfectly (see video).
You can use basil instead of mint.
