Ingredients
- 2eggs
- 120gflour
- 2tbspsugar
- 250mLmilk
- pinchof salt
- 150gboiling water
- 2tbspvegetable oil
How to make Crepes
Mix the eggs with flour, salt, sugar, and milk.
Slowly pour in the boiling water while continuously whisking the batter.
Add the vegetable oil and mix well.
Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
Fry in vegetable oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
