Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachio Cream Inside  recipe

Ingredients

  • 200g
    unsalted butter
  • 180g
    light brown sugar
  • 80g
    caster sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 450g
    plain flour
  • 1tsp
    baking powder
  • pinch
    of salt
  • 200g
    chocolate chips
  • 100g
    chopped pistachio
  • 100g
    pistachio cream

How to make Chocolate Chip Cookies with Pistachio Cream Inside

  1. Take soft, room-temperature butter and mix it with brown sugar and caster sugar on low speed for 2-3 minutes

  2. Add 1 egg and mix for another 2-3 minutes on low speed

  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix for another 2-3 minutes

  4. Add chocolate chips and pistachios, and mix for another 1-2 minutes

  5. Portion your cookie dough. Each cookie should weigh 150 g

  6. Shape each portion into a small bowl-like shape and add a teaspoon of pistachio cream to the center

  7. Carefully close the dough around the cream, ensuring it is sealed inside

  8. Repeat this process with all your cookie portions

  9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight

  10. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes

  11. Let the cookies cool for at least 10 minutes

  12. Enjoy!
