This amazing Chocolate Banana Bread is beyond easy to make, and so soft and flavourful.

Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 180gFlour
- 33gExtra dark cocoa powder
- 1tspn Salt
- 1tspn Baking powder
- 1/2tspn Baking soda
- 1/2tspn Cinammon powder
- 1/2tspn Cardamom powder
- 135gChocolate
Wet ingredients
- 350gMashed ripe bananas
- 2Eggs
- 120mLOil
- 80gSour cream
- 2tspns Vanilla essence
- 165gLight brown sugar
How to make Chocolate Banana Bread
Whisk the dry ingredients
Whisk well wet ingredients
Combine the wet and dry ingredients by folding. Dont overmix!
Prep the pan with baking spray and line the pan with a baking paper cradle.
Pour the batter and top with banana and chocolate
Bake for 180C for 50-60 mins or until skewer comes out clean.
Tips & Tricks
You can top the dough with sugar and chocolate chips or with banana and chocolate
