A delightful dessert combining the flavors of peppermint crisp, caramel, and lemon jelly layered with tennis biscuits.
Ingredients
- 1pack tennis biscuits
- 1packet lemon flavored jelly
- 250mLboiling water
- 1tin Ideal milk, cold
- 1tin Caramel Treat
- 1large peppermint crisp
How to make Peppermint Crisp Tart with Jelly
Dissolve the jelly in the boiling water and leave to cool until just before it begins to set.
Beat the Ideal milk until thick.
Combine the jelly mixture and Caramel Treat with the thickened Ideal milk.
Pack a layer of tennis biscuits in a baking dish.
Grate half of the peppermint crisp over the layer of biscuits.
Pour half of the Ideal milk mixture over the grated peppermint crisp.
Repeat the process with another layer of biscuits, grated peppermint crisp, and the remaining Ideal milk mixture.
Leave to cool down completely.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the Ideal milk is very cold before beating to achieve the best consistency.
For a more intense peppermint flavor, add an extra peppermint crisp.
