A hearty and nutritious vegetable stew made from freshly plucked garden vegetables, boiled and then cooked with onions, tomatoes, and optional milk or coconut milk.

  4. Wash the vegetables thoroughly with clean water, repeating 3-4 times to remove soil particles.

  5. Boil 1 liter of water. If you have a pressure cooker, use it; otherwise, use any available pot.

  6. Once the water boils, add the vegetables and boil for 30 minutes.

  7. The soup after boiling is also nice to drink.
