How to make Spicy peppered stew
To the fish, cow skin and eggs
Wash them properly, (cut the cow skin into small pieces after washing) and boil them with seasoning cubes and salt for 15 minutes to bring out the fish stock. Then set aside.
To the Fresh tomatoes, chilli peppers, scotch bonnet peppers and onions
Blend them together and set aside.
To cook the stew
Put a pot on fire, leave for 2 minutes, add the ground nut oil, allow the oil to heat up for 3 minutes, add the blended fresh tomatoes, chilli peppers, scotch bonnet peppers and onions into the heated oil then allow this to fry for 10 minutes.
Add your tomato paste, spices, seasoning cubes and allow to fry for another 10 minutes (ensure to be turning it from time to time so it doesn't get burnt)
Add your boiled fish, cow skin and eggs with the fish stock and allow to boil for another 10 minutes.
Your spicy peppered stew is ready.
