  • Half-bottle Palm oil.
  • 4
    -big onions
  • 2cups
    - fresh pepper
  • 1cup
    - Crayfish
  • 3
    - smoked fish

    Boiled eggs

    -sachet curry powder

    - sachet spicity spice
  • 1
    -sachet onga slice
  • 1tbsp
    salt

    -cubes Maggi
  • 2

Preparation

  1. Pound or blend the onions and fresh pepper together set aside, wash the fish, crayfish and periwhiko(optional )separately, then set aside ,Heat the pot then pour in your oil and leave it to for 2mins, then pour in your sliced onions, stear then add some crayfish to it, stear again then, add in your grounded onions/fresh pepper and stear, cover for 2mins, then add in your periwhiko(optional), curry, spicity, and onga spice to it and stear very well, cover again for 3mins, then add in yr salt/Maggi, stear then add in the remaining crayfish, smoke fish and the eggs, then stear and cover for 20-30mins, fried pepper stew is ready You can dish it with white rice, boiled yam/plantain, spaghetti/noddles or Bread
