Stuffed Chicken Naan with Cheese and Jalapeños
A delicious stuffed naan filled with spiced chicken, cheese, and jalapeños, perfect for a flavorful meal.

Ingredients
For the Naan
- 2cupsall-purpose flour
- 1/2cupyogurt
- 1/2tspbaking powder
- 1/4tspbaking soda
- 1/2tspsalt
- 1tspsugar
- 2tbspoil
- 1/4cupwarm milk
For the Chicken Filling
- 1cupboneless chicken (diced)
- 1tspginger-garlic paste
- 1tspred chili powder
- 1/2tspturmeric
- 1/2tspgaram masala
- 1tspcumin powder
- 1tbspyogurt
- 1tbsplemon juice
- 1tbspoil
- Salt to taste
Twist Ingredients
- 1/2cupshredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2tbspchopped jalapeños
- 1tbspfresh coriander (chopped)
- 1tbspgarlic butter
How to make Stuffed Chicken Naan with Cheese and Jalapeños
Prepare the Dough
Mix flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add yogurt and oil, then add warm milk to form a soft dough.
Knead for 5-7 minutes, cover, and let it rest for 1 hour.
Cook the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger-garlic paste.
Add chicken and all the spices. Mix well.
Cook for 8-10 minutes until tender. Add lemon juice and set aside.
Assemble the Naan
Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a circle.
Place a spoonful of cooked chicken in the center.
Sprinkle cheese, jalapeños, and fresh coriander on top.
Fold the dough over and seal the edges, like a stuffed naan.
Cook the Naan
Heat a tawa or pan and cook the naan on medium heat until golden brown.
Brush with garlic butter for extra flavor.

Adjust the amount of warm milk as needed to achieve the right dough consistency.
