Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until the mixture is creamy and lump-free.
Taste and Adjust
Taste the smoothie and add a sweetener, if needed. Blend again for a few seconds to mix.
Serve and Enjoy
Pour the smoothie into a glass, garnish with a sprinkle of turmeric or chia seeds on top, and serve immediately.
Tips & Tricks
Swap the milk: Use coconut milk for a tropical twist or oat milk for a creamier texture.
Add greens: Toss in a handful of spinach or kale for an extra nutrient boost.
Boost protein: Add a tablespoon of almond butter or a second scoop of protein powder for a higher protein content.
Make it a smoothie bowl: Reduce the liquid slightly, pour the smoothie into a bowl, and top with granola, sliced fruit, or nuts.
