Stir fry Pasta

Easy peasy pasta recipe. This method would ensure that the pasta is not soggy and the veggies are crunchy and delicious!

Ingredients
- 1pack of pasta (Spaghetti/Macaroni)
- 1/4kgchicken
- 1large bell pepper (red)
- 2large tomatoes
- 1medium size onion
- 1/4tspsalt
- 1/2tspground pepper
- 1/2tspcurry | thyme | nutmeg
- 2cubes of seasoning cube
How to make Stir fry Pasta
First of, boil pasta in a pot for 10 minutes( or till it almost done) drain out the water using a strainer
Slice up bell pepper, onions and tomato, then dice the chicken.
Preheat pan and grease with little vegetable oil the add veggies and chicken and stir. Next add salt, pepper, curry, thyme, nutmeg and seasoning cube and stir then add precooked pasta and stir. Allow to simmer on low heat for 45 seconds and voila!
