Peppersoup is not just a tasty meal but it is highly nutritional and medicinal. It aids in the treatment of flu, aids digestion, boosts immunity, stimulates the appetite and it is rich in antioxidants. It is very easy to make and it can be eaten on it's own or with rice, boiled yam, boiled plantain or potato. You can also substitute turkey with beef, chicken, fish, goat meat or any animal protein of your choice.

Ingredients
- 1turkey wing
- 1/4tspof salt
- 1/2tspof black pepper
- 1small onion
- Scent leaf
- Miracle leaf (pinnata)
- 1cube of seasoning cube
- 1/2tbspof peppersoup spice
- 1Ginger root
How to make Nigerian turkey peppersoup
First of, wash the turkey and place in a clean pot
Then add, salt, pepper, seasoning cube, onions and a cup of water and place it on a stove.
Allow to cook for approximately 15 minutes then add chopped up ginger and allow to simmer on low heat for 1-2 minutes
Next, you add the peppersoup spice and allow to simmer for 45 secs - 1 minute
Then finally you add the scent leaves and miracle leaves (sliced) and allow to simmer on lower heat for 1- 2 minutes
And voila!
