How to make Nigerian Sweet Potato Porridge

    1. First of you start by washing your potatoes (because most times it's covered in dirt)

    1. Next you cut into a nice chunky like cube, wash it two or three times ( to be sure there's no sand or dirt) then place it in a pot

  2. Allow to boil for 5 minutes, then start adding your ingredients. Add ½ tsp of salt, ½tsp of pepper, 1 seasoning cube, 1 tablespoon of dried crayfish ( the crayfish is optional but I am southern Nigerian so it is a must for me 😂) and allow to simmer for 2 minutes

  3. Next you add your chopped up onions and stir then add palm oil (3 tsp) and allow to simmer on low heat for 1 minutes.
