You blend it with onions and pepper and it has this smooth reddish consistency. You add spices (salt, seasoning cube, pepper [if you want it a bit more spicy]) and mashed fish then you stir and taste. If the taste is up to your standard then you proceed. You can either pour the mixture in cups or in a nylon then add boiled eggs and cook for 15- 20 minutes and voila! Moi moi is ready.
