How to make Irish potato turkey peppersoup

  1. Place turkey in a pot, add spices and little water then place on a stove to parboil for 15- 20 minutes. Peel and slice Irish potato 🥔 then add it to the parboiling turkey ( ps you add the potato after the turkey has cooked for 15-20 minutes). Add a cup of water and if the broth taste diluted then you can add more spices. Add a tea spoon of mixed peppersoup spice and allow to simmer for 2 minutes then add scent leaf. Allow to cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes and voila!
