How to make Chia Fresca
Method:
Stir water, lemon juice, orange juice and sugar together in a glass until sugar is completely dissolved
Add chia seeds, let stand until a gel forms around the chia seeds, about 20 minutes; stir and enjoy a refreshing snack

it is better to use cold water and keep it cold until consumed, in addition, you can store it for up to two days in the fridge
