    caster sugar
  • 225mL
    liquid glucose
  • 420mL
    cream
  • 500g
    white chocolate
  • 115g
    unsalted butter

How to make White Chocolate Fudge

  1. In a pot, mix the liquid glucose, caster sugar, and cream.

  2. Bring the mixture up to 113 degrees Celsius.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use a candy thermometer to ensure the mixture reaches the correct temperature.

  2. Stir continuously to prevent the mixture from burning.
