A flavorful Middle Eastern dish made with spiced ground lamb.
Ingredients
- 1kglamb mince, 90%
- 2clovegarlic
- 1/4bundlecoriander
- 1/4bundleflat parsley
- 2tbspsmokey paprika
- 1/2tspground ginger
- 2tbspground cumin
- 2tbspground coriander
- 10gtable salt
- black pepper
How to make Lamb Kofta
Finely chop the garlic, coriander, and flat parsley.
In a large bowl, combine the lamb mince, garlic, chopped coriander, chopped parsley, smokey paprika, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, table salt, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Shape the mixture into kofta (small sausage-like shapes) using your hands.
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the kofta for about 10 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
Tips & Tricks
Serve the kofta with a side of yogurt sauce or hummus for added flavor.
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent them from burning if you choose to grill the kofta.
