Ingredients

8 Servings
(1 serving = one slice)
  • 600g
    cream cheese
  • 4piece
    eggs
  • 250g
    caster sugar
  • 300mL
    double thick cream
  • 1tbsp
    gluten-free plain flour

How to make Burnt Basque Cheesecake

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Grease and line the base and sides of a 23cm springform cake pan with baking paper, ensuring the paper comes 2cm above the rim of the pan.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.

  2. For a more caramelized top, you can increase the oven temperature slightly towards the end of baking.
