How to make Burnt Basque Cheesecake
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Grease and line the base and sides of a 23cm springform cake pan with baking paper, ensuring the paper comes 2cm above the rim of the pan.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
For a more caramelized top, you can increase the oven temperature slightly towards the end of baking.
