How to make Steamed California Sea Bass
Wash the California sea bass and score the fish 3 times. Add a little salt and set aside.
Mix all the seasonings with the minced garlic and minced chili to make a sauce.
Place the sliced ginger and shredded green onion on a long plate. Put the sea bass on top, then add the sliced onion and pour the sauce over the fish.
Place the plate in a steamer and steam over high heat for about 15 minutes.
After turning off the heat, add lime slices and coriander.
