How to make Pineapple Fried Rice
Preparation
Cook the steamed rice and let it cool down before using it for the fried rice.
Beat the eggs and set aside.
Cut the ham, red sausage, carrot, and pineapple into small pieces.
Cooking
Heat the chilli oil in a pan.
Add the prawns and stir-fry until cooked.
Add the beaten eggs and scramble them.
Add the ham, red sausage, carrot, sweet corn, green peas, and pineapple. Stir well.
Add the steamed rice and mix everything together.
Season with salt, white sugar, seasoning sauce, chicken powder, and yellow powder. Stir-fry until well combined.
Serve the pineapple fried rice in a hollowed-out pineapple half and garnish with dried shredded pork.
