Crispy vegetable spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 2 spring rolls)
  • 4piece
    Evolve Frozen Spring Rolls
  • 2cups
    Sunflower Oil
  • 1/2cup
    Sweet Chilli Sauce

How to make Vegetable Spring Rolls

  1. Place the sunflower oil into a small pot and heat until the oil is bubbling hot.

  2. To check if your oil is ready for deep frying, place a small chunk of bread into the oil. If it bubbles rapidly, your oil is ready.

  3. Deep fry 2 spring rolls at a time, rotating them so they can fry golden brown on all sides.

  4. Remove from the oil and serve warm with sweet chili sauce on the side.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.

  2. Do not overcrowd the pot while frying to maintain the oil temperature.

  3. Fry directly from frozen. Do not defrost the spring rolls.
