Crispy vegetable spring rolls served with sweet chili sauce.
Ingredients
- 4pieceEvolve Frozen Spring Rolls
- 2cupsSunflower Oil
- 1/2cupSweet Chilli Sauce
How to make Vegetable Spring Rolls
Place the sunflower oil into a small pot and heat until the oil is bubbling hot.
To check if your oil is ready for deep frying, place a small chunk of bread into the oil. If it bubbles rapidly, your oil is ready.
Deep fry 2 spring rolls at a time, rotating them so they can fry golden brown on all sides.
Remove from the oil and serve warm with sweet chili sauce on the side.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the oil is hot enough before frying to achieve a crispy texture.
Do not overcrowd the pot while frying to maintain the oil temperature.
Fry directly from frozen. Do not defrost the spring rolls.
