A rich and creamy Parmesan sauce perfect for drizzling over ravioli or tortellini.
Ingredients
2 Servings
(1 serving = 1/2 cup)
- 1cupcream
- 1/2cupParmesan cheese (finely grated)
- 4fresh basil leaves
- salt
- pepper
How to make Parmesan Cream for Ravioli / Tortellini
Parmesan Cream
Heat a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the cream and Parmesan cheese.
Stir until well combined and the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour over your pasta & garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Tips & Tricks
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor.
Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more cream if needed.
