A rich and creamy Parmesan sauce perfect for drizzling over ravioli or tortellini.

Ingredients

2 Servings
(1 serving = 1/2 cup)
  • 1cup
    cream
  • 1/2cup
    Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • 4
    fresh basil leaves
  • salt
  • pepper

How to make Parmesan Cream for Ravioli / Tortellini

Parmesan Cream

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese.

  3. Stir until well combined and the cheese is melted.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Pour over your pasta & garnish with fresh basil leaves.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor.

  2. Adjust the thickness of the sauce by adding more cream if needed.
