Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 bowl)

Salad

  • 1cup
    Roma Tomatoes (diced)
  • 1/2cup
    Radish (diced)
  • 1/2cup
    Green Pepper (diced)
  • 1/2cup
    Red Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1cup
    Cucumber (deseeded & sliced diagonally)
  • 1cup
    Cos Lettuce (roughly shredded)
  • 1/2cup
    Italian Parsley (roughly chopped)
  • 1cup
    Lavash (broken into small pieces)

Dressing

  • 1/2cup
    Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1tbsp
    Lemon Zest
  • 1/2cup
    Pure Olive Oil
  • 1tbsp
    Mint Leaves (chiffonade)
  • 1tsp
    Sumac
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

How to make Fattoush Salad

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the other salad ingredients and mix.

  2. Place the dressing ingredients into a jug and blend with a stick blender until well combined.

  3. Add the dressing to the salad and mix well. Serve the salad on a platter and garnish with the lavash.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Adjust the seasoning of the dressing to your taste preference.
