A classic Chinese stir-fried noodle dish with chicken, vegetables, and flavourful sauces.

Ingredients
- 2piecechicken breasts, thinly sliced into strips
- 2tbsplight soy sauce
- 1tbspsugar
- 1tspgrated ginger
- 1/2tspgrated garlic
- 2tbspoyster sauce
- 3pieceegg noodles
- 1piecesmall onion, julienned
- 1/2piecered pepper, julienned
- 1/2pieceyellow pepper, julienned
- 1bundlesmall bunch pak choi, diagonally sliced
- 3tbspvegetable oil
- 1tsptoasted sesame seeds
How to make Chicken Chow Mein
Cook the Noodles
Boil egg noodles in water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
Stir-Fry the Chicken & Vegetables
Heat oil in a wok or pan over high heat.
Add chicken and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until golden.
Add the onions, red and yellow peppers.
Add the noodles, garlic, and ginger.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Stir fry until everything is well combined and vegetables are still crunchy. Turn off the heat.
Add pak choi and mix through.
Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and serve hot.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the wok or pan is very hot before adding the chicken to achieve a good sear.
Do not overcook the vegetables; they should remain crunchy.
