A delicious stir fry featuring beef & rice noodles, enhanced with a flavorful sauce.

- 2cupsbeef rump (strips)
- 2cupsvermicilli rice noodles (soaked in hot water until soft)
- 1cupspring onions (diagonally sliced)
- 1tbspfresh ginger (minced)
- 1tspfresh garlic (minced)
- 2tbspoyster sauce
- 3tbsplight soy sauce
- 2tbspdark soy sauce
- 2tbsphoney
- 1tspapple cider vinegar
- 1tspChinese 5 spice
- 2tbspsesame oil
How to make Beef Chow Fun
Cooking Instructions
Heat a wok and add the sesame oil.
Add the beef strips and sauté until golden brown.
Add half of the spring onions & 5 spice and sauté for another minute.
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Add the cooked rice noodles & mix until everything is coated with the sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Serve with the rest of the spring onions as garnish.
