Spice Mix

  • 1tbsp
    Coriander Seeds
  • 1tbsp
    Cumin Seeds
  • 1tsp
    Cloves Whole
  • 1tsp
    Cardamom Whole
  • 1/2tsp
    Cinnamon Ground
  • 1tsp
    Paprika Ground
  • 1/2tsp
    Nutmeg Ground
  • 1tsp
    Black Peppercorns

How to make Baharat Spice Mix

Preparation

  1. Dry roast all the whole spices until fragrant.

  2. Set the roasted spices aside to cool.

  3. Add the ground spices to the cooled whole spices.

  4. Place all ingredients into a blender or coffee grinder and blend until a powder forms.

  5. Store in an airtight container.
