- 1cupButter Lettuce
- 1cupCucumber (deseeded & diagonally sliced)
- 1cupCocktail Roma Tomatoes (quartered)
- 1/2cupSundried Tomatoes (sliced)
- 3/4cupCalamata Olives
- 3/4cupFeta Cheese (roughly crumbled)
- 1cupItalian Salami Mini Slices
- 1/4cupParmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1tspLemon Zest
- 1tbspBasil Chiffonade
- 3tbspOlive Oil
- 3tbspRed Wine Vinegar

How to make Antipasto Salad
Use a platter or shallow salad bowl & combine the butter lettuce, cucumber, cocktail Roma tomatoes & sundried tomatoes.
Add the crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
Fold the Italian salami into half moons & place them into the salad in random places.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, and basil chiffonade over the salad.
Drizzle the olive oil and red wine vinegar over the ingredients (just before serving).
Tips & Tricks
You can substitute the Italian salami with prosciutto or another type of cured meat if preferred.
