Ingredients

(1 serving = 250ml Of Oil)
  • 250mL
    Grapeseed Oil
  • 1tbsp
    Each of Finely Sliced Chives, Rosemary Leaves, Thyme Leaves
  • 1tbsp
    Finely Chopped Sage Leaves
  • 2tbsp
    Finely Minced Garlic
  • Salt

How to make Herb And Garlic Infused Oil

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till oil starts smoking, mixing continuously. This will take about 5-7 mins over medium-high heat.

  2. Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 mins.

  3. Using a fine mesh sieve, pour oil through into a jar or container of your choice. Discard the herbs and garlic.

  4. Use for proteins, crostini or anything you can think of!
