How to make Herb And Garlic Infused Oil
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat till oil starts smoking, mixing continuously. This will take about 5-7 mins over medium-high heat.
Remove from heat and let sit for about 5 mins.
Using a fine mesh sieve, pour oil through into a jar or container of your choice. Discard the herbs and garlic.
Use for proteins, crostini or anything you can think of!

Tips & Tricks
I recommend using Grapeseed Oil (High Smoke Point)
Sage is optional, but do be aware that when using it it will start to smoke sooner than everything else.
