Healthy Tuna Salad recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1 cup)
  • 2can
    skipjack wild tuna or canned light tuna in water
  • 2piece
    boiled eggs
  • 1cup
    diced celery
  • 1/2cup
    diced onion
  • 1/2cup
    diced sweet pickles
  • 1/2cup
    mayonnaise
  • 1/2tsp
    salt
  • 1/4tsp
    black pepper

How to make Healthy Tuna Salad

  1. Drain the canned tuna and place it in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Chop the boiled eggs and add them to the bowl with the tuna.

  3. Add the diced celery, onion, and sweet pickles to the bowl.

  4. Stir in the mayonnaise until all ingredients are well combined.

  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. Mix everything together until evenly distributed.

Tips & Tricks

  1. To lower the calories and fat, replace some or all of the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.

  2. You can also discard some or all of the egg yolks to reduce fat content.
