How to make Rice Kheer
In a pot, add milk, rice, cardamom and bring it to a boil, and cook for 30/35 minutes, or until the rice are cooked, and keep stirring in between.
Blend with a hand blender.
Add sugar, and fresh cream mix well, and cook on high flame for 2/3 minutes.
In the end, sprinkle almonds.
Rice Kheer is ready to serve.
