- 2tbspGinger-garlic paste:
- 1tspRed chili powder:
- 1tspGaram masala:
- 1/2tspTurmeric powder:
- 2tbspLemon juice:
- Salt: to taste
- 2tbspMustard oil or vegetable oil:
- 1tspOptional: Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves):
How to make Chicken Tangri Kebab
Prepare Marinade: In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric, lemon juice, salt, and oil to make a marinade.
Marinate Drumsticks: Make slight incisions on the drumsticks for better absorption. Marinate the chicken drumsticks in the mixture for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill Drumsticks: Place the marinated drumsticks on the grill. Cook, turning occasionally, until they are cooked through and have nice char marks, about 15-20 minutes.
Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with mint chutney or your favorite dip.
