    Chicken mince
  • 3
    small onion
  • 1in
    ginger
  • 1
    bulb garlic
  • 4
    green chillies
  • Handful fresh coriander
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2tsp
    Cumin powder
  • 1 1/2tsp
    Coriander powder
  • 1tsp
    Crushed chillies
  • 1tsp
    Red chillie powder
  • 2tbsp
    Baisan
  • 1
    egg
  • Coal for dum

  1. In a food processor, add all the kebab ingredients. Process till the mixture is smooth and even

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add kebabs and fry on each side for a few mins Or baked kabab in oven for 15/18 minutes .than give coal dum.
