  • 1/2kg
    Beef mince
  • 2tsp
    Ginger garlic paste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4tsp
    Turmeric powder
  • 2tbsp
    Green chillies paste
  • 1tsp
    Crushed red chilli
  • 1/2tsp
    All spice
  • 1tbsp
    Cumin seeds
  • 1tbsp
    Crushed coriander seeds
  • 1/2cup
    Finely chopped onions
  • Finely chopped mint n coriander leaves
  • Samosa Patti

How to make Beef Samosa

  1. Put mince, egg paste, turmeric powder, salt , green chilli paste in 1cup water in a pan

  2. cover and let it cook on medium flame.

  3. When mince is almost done add crushed coriander, crushed red chilli, cumin seeds n all spice

  4. cover n let it cook till mince is cooked completely.

  5. Make sure that your mixture is dry.

  6. Add in chopped onions, chopped mint and coriander leaves.

  7. But don't add veggies in a hot mixture.

  8. Wrap in samosa Patti n deep fry
