- 1/2kgBeef mince
- 2tspGinger garlic paste
- Salt to taste
- 1/4tspTurmeric powder
- 2tbspGreen chillies paste
- 1tspCrushed red chilli
- 1/2tspAll spice
- 1tbspCumin seeds
- 1tbspCrushed coriander seeds
- 1/2cupFinely chopped onions
- Finely chopped mint n coriander leaves

How to make Beef Samosa
Put mince, egg paste, turmeric powder, salt , green chilli paste in 1cup water in a pan
cover and let it cook on medium flame.
When mince is almost done add crushed coriander, crushed red chilli, cumin seeds n all spice
cover n let it cook till mince is cooked completely.
Make sure that your mixture is dry.
Add in chopped onions, chopped mint and coriander leaves.
But don't add veggies in a hot mixture.
Wrap in samosa Patti n deep fry
