Ingredients

4 Servings

DRY INGREDIENTS :

  • 120g
    flour
  • 125g
    cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 1/2g
    baking powder
  • 2 1/2g
    baking soda

WET INGREDIENTS:

  • 4
    medium eggs
  • 125mL
    oil
  • 1tsp
    vanilla essence
  • 250g
    Castor sugar

After mixing the Dry and Wet Ingredients Add these Ingredients

  • 125g
    yogurt
  • 90g
    hot water

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

  • 100g
    chopped dark chocolate
  • 120g
    fresh cream

How to make AIRFRYER CHOCOLATE CAKE

Cake Batter

  1. Add half of the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

  2. Add remaining dry ingredients

  3. Then add 90 ml boiling water.

  4. Mix & add yogurt & beat till combined.

  5. Pour into the prepared pan.

  6. Cover with foil.

  7. Pierce the foil with a fork to allow steam to escape the air.

  8. Place the cake pan in the basket of air fryer.

  9. bake for 40-50 minutes at 160 C' or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

CHOCOLATE GANACHE:

  1. In a pan add chocolate & cream and melt until chocolate is melted

  2. Remove the cake from the air fryer

  3. turn out and allow it to cool completely.

  4. Spread the chocolate ganache over the cake.

  5. slice & enjoy as a dessert.
