Pineapple Chutney Glaze recipe

Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 1/4 cup)
  • 1cup
    chutney of your choice
  • 1/2piece
    pineapple, chopped in blocks
  • 1/2piece
    onion, finely chopped
  • 1clove
    fresh garlic, finely chopped
  • 15g
    ginger, finely chopped
  • 1
    handful coriander, chopped
  • 4sprigs
    thyme, chopped
  • 25g
    spring onion
  • 10mL
    oil of your choice
  • 1/2piece
    lemon, juice only

How to make Pineapple Chutney Glaze

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.

  2. After your meat is cooked, smear the chutney glaze on it.

  3. Allow it to caramelize in the pan to get a shiny gloss.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Add a dash of honey if you prefer a sweeter glaze.
