How to make Lightly Dusted Snoek with Rock Salt and Lemon Drizzle
Cut the fish into pieces.
Mix cake flour with fish spice.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Coat fish pieces with the flour mixture.
Fry the fish pieces until golden brown. Do not deep fry, just shallow fry.
Drizzle with rock salt and fresh lemon juice.
Tips & Tricks
Do not use egg as it makes the oil foamy.
Serve with salad or fries and a mayo of your choice.
