Ingredients

4 Servings
(1 serving = 2 fish cakes)
  • 2can
    Tuna
  • 1/2piece
    Onion, finely chopped
  • 1bundle
    Fresh watercress
  • 1clove
    Garlic, finely chopped
  • 1piece
    Ginger, clove-sized, finely chopped
  • 2piece
    Eggs
  • 1/2cup
    Cake Flour
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2cup
    Oil for frying

How to make Lemony Tuna Fish Cakes

  1. Drain the tuna.

  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.

  3. Heat oil in a pan.

  4. Scoop tablespoons full of the mixture and shallow fry until crispy golden brown on the outside.

Tips & Tricks

  1. Once fish cakes come from the pan, put some kitchen paper towel on your chopping board to drain the excess oil, then squeeze some lemon juice over.
