How to make Crunchy but Crispy Chicken
In a big bowl, add chicken and pour the milk mixture over it. Give it a good shake.
In another bowl, mix cake flour, spices, herbs, salt, and pepper together.
In a pan, heat up the oil on medium heat.
Dip chicken pieces in the flour mixture, then fry in the hot pan until golden brown.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Tips & Tricks
Put the flour mix in a bag, then put the chicken in and give it a good shake.
