Ingredients

3 Servings
(1 serving = 3 sandwiches)
  • 9
    slices of bread.
  • 3
    eggs
  • 2tbsp
    of chopped spring onions
  • 4tbsp
    of Mayonnaise
  • 1tbsp
    of Mustard sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to your liking

How to make Egg and Mayo Sandwich

  1. Put some water to boil for the eggs.

  2. While the water is boiling, prepare the filling by mixing above ingredients except bread and eggs.

  3. Once the water starts to just boil, add in the eggs and boil for about 12-15 minutes to get them well cooked inside.

  4. Once cooked, remove the eggs from the hot water and dunk in cold water so that the shells are easy to peel off.

  5. After 5 minutes, remove the shells and separate the yolk from the whites.

  6. Add the yolks to the prepared mixture and mash them in well. Chop the whites to tiny bits and add to the mixture and mix well.

  7. Now spread this yummy mixture in between slices of bread. You can either toast your slices or eat them soft. Your choice πŸ˜€.

  8. Enjoy!

Tips & Tricks

  1. Dunk the boiled eggs in cold water so that the shells are easy to peel off.
