    chicken boneless

    garlic
  • 1tbsp
    cumin powder

    soya sauce

    corn flour
  • 4tbsp
    water
  • 1tbsp
    sesame seeds
  • green chilli (slit into half) as required

How to make Thai Sesame Chilli Bites

Marination and Frying

  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, cumin powder, coriander powder, egg, and salt. Refrigerate for 40 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle corn flour on the marinated chicken until well coated.

  3. Deep fry the chicken until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
