- 1tbspCumin seeds

How to make Simple Dahi Aaloo Pyaz ki Subzi
Preparing the potatoes
Boil potatoes until 70% done.
Heat oil and fry the potatoes for 5 minutes, then set aside.
Cooking the dahi walay aaloo pyaz
Heat oil and add cumin seeds and red whole chillies. Fry for 30 seconds.
Add all dry spices and fry for a minute.
Add yogurt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add potatoes and cubed onions and cook for 15 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Tips & Tricks
Ensure the potatoes are not fully cooked when boiling to prevent them from becoming too soft during frying.
Adjust the amount of red chili powder and flakes according to your spice preference.
